POS-Link have been producing innovative EPOS software for over 20 years, working with our key customers to meet their requirements in ever changing markets. Our latest software editions have been developed on a SQL Server platform and will provide our current and future customers with their most flexible and robust software yet.

Our philosophy at the start of this most recent development cycle was to embrace the multi-channel needs of the retail market. One of our goals was to enable a customer to buy an item of stock wherever it may be in the business, in any store and in any warehouse. Our software can readily integrate with existing back office systems and web sites to interrogate stock availability, place an order, and accept the payment - not forgetting capturing customer information at the same time! Our services go beyond just software and so does our innovation. We can provide bespoke support services to include help desk, remote diagnosis, on-site fault resolution, and PCI compliance services - all from our own employed staff. We are experienced in deploying both software and hardware across large till estates.

We have chosen our current hardware partner following extensive research and specific requirements established from many years of building our own hardware. The features of our wide range of till hardware offer our customers real flexibility in how the till can be incorporated in counter design to minimise customer barriers, maximise working space and enhance the sales experience. The technology is low maintenance and focused on design quality providing a number of powered interfaces, a feature rarely seen on other till hardware.
