Back office Functionality
The Back office system provides control over and a better visibility of store performance to store managers and area managers to help them increase their sales.
The primary function of the back office system is for the manager's administrative tasks and viewing sales trends and figures from which they manage their marketing campaigns. The back office system has a live connection to the till and head office allowing real time information to be viewed or changed at the back office till.
The back office system provides the following functionality:
- Store dashboard
- Sale flows
- Sales trends
- Transaction Log viewer
- Till Reports
- Time and Attendance will be managed by the Back office machine and will control, adjust and submit all timesheets. The function will be password controls only allow managers and senior staff to access the functionality.
- Stock and delivery information
- Accept/Reject deliveries
- Review and print stock information
