Directions

From the M25: Exit the M25 at junction 29 and join the A127 (Southend Arterial Road) towards Basildon. After 4 miles keep left on to the exit ramp and, at the roundabout, take the fourth exit onto the B148 (West Mayne). At the next roundabout take the second exit to follow the B148. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Fenton Way. Follow the road to the left and then turn right onto Sylvan Way. At the roundabout, Yellowspring is immediately ahead of you. From Southend-on-Sea: Follow the A127 (Southend Arterial Road) towards Basildon. Turn left onto High Road (signposted to Langdon Hills). At the roundabout take the third exit onto the B148 (West Mayne). At the next roundabout take the third exit onto Fenton Way. Follow the road to the left and then turn right onto Sylvan Way. At the roundabout, Yellowspring is immediately ahead of you. From Chelmsford: Follow the B1007 Southbound towards Basildon. At the end of the B1007 take the third exit at the roundabout onto the A176 (Noak Hill Road). At the A127 roundabout take the third exit onto the A176 (Upper Mayne). Take the second exit at the next roundabout. After 0.6 miles at the next roundabout take the third exit onto the B148 (St Nicholas Lane). At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the B148 (West Mayne). At the next roundabout take the third exit onto Fenton Way. Follow the road to the left and then turn right onto Sylvan Way. At the roundabout, Yellowspring/Pos-link is immediately ahead of you. By Rail: Laindon Station is less than 1 mile away.
