POS-Link are working with partners allowing us to offer our EPOS solution as part of a Multi-channel package. Our package Integrates of a range of channels including web site, mail order, catalogue and stores. Our aim is to provide a seamless customer experience when purchasing goods from any channel. Some of our features are:

• Live full company stock, across the entire till estate and warehouse locations.
• Order in store for home Delivery, any product in stock anywhere is available to sell from any location
• Reserve online for collection in store (Click & Collect)
• Customer order from warehouse stock for delivery to store
• In store purchases show in a customer's online order history, electronic receipt delivery and refund without paper receipt
• Order in one store for collection in another (including customisable attribution of sale value)

Whether you would like to take our complete end to end package or just the till estate we can accommodate the customer needs. Our offering can integrate into you existing ERP and Head office systems. Our SQL based architecture allows POS-Link to offer the flexibility of being able to communicate with almost any modern data store which allows sending and receiving data from other business systems within the clients company allowing them to be more agile with their retail data.
